Our story
Why Hayward Keeps Coming Back to Exodus
We started Exodus Auto Repair and Services to do things differently: no upselling, no scare tactics, just a clear explanation of what your car actually needs. Before any work begins, we show you what's wrong and walk through the fix, so you're never guessing where your money is going.
Our technicians take the time to do a job right, even if that means staying past closing to get you back on the road. We handle everything from brakes to steering and suspension work, and we'd rather fix the small thing we notice than let it become the big thing later.
Most of our customers find us once and stay for years. That's not an accident. It's what happens when a shop treats every car, and every customer, like they matter.
- Upfront diagnoses before any work begins
- Fair, transparent pricing
- Friendly, respectful technicians
- Willing to stay late to finish the job
What customers say
“My visit to Toyota Nation in Hayward resulted in an unnecessary recommendation to replace the rack and pinion, when in fact, only the outer tie rods required replacement. In stark contrast, Exodus Auto Repair provided top notch service, fixing the issue at a remarkably lower cost. The technicians are excellent and professional.”
“One of the best body shops in Hayward! Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of both the labor and customer service is excellent. The mechanics are nice, respectful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. If you go, definitely ask for Cesar, he's one of the best there and really takes care of customers.”
“Cesar always goes all out. I came 15 minutes before closing and he stayed overtime just to get my car back on the road. Very honest and humble. I've been consistently coming back to Cesar for a couple years now and always left happy with the level of competence. Not only does he do things carefully but also manages to finish the job fast.”
